General Provisions
These terms of use regulate the relationship between Alura company (hereinafter: "Seller") and website users (hereinafter: "Customer"). By accessing and using the tepisialura.rs website, the Customer accepts these terms in their entirety.
Ordering and Purchasing
The Customer may order products via the website, by phone or in person in our showrooms. An order is considered confirmed once the Customer receives an email confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of product unavailability or pricing errors.
Prices and Payment
All prices on the site are expressed in RSD (Serbian dinars) and include VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out across the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Delivery times depend on product availability and destination. More detailed delivery information can be found on the Payment and Delivery page.
Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without stating a reason. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and undamaged. The cost of return is borne by the Customer.
Complaints
The Customer has the right to file a complaint within 2 years of the date of purchase in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. You can submit a complaint via the contact page, by email or in person at our showrooms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the site (texts, images, logos, graphic design) is the property of Alura company and is protected by copyright law. Copying, reproduction or distribution without written consent is not permitted.
Changes to the Terms
The Seller reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time. Changes take effect on the day they are published on the site.
