All products ordered through our website are paid by proforma invoice. After you confirm your order, a proforma invoice with all the necessary payment details will be sent to your email address.
The payment deadline is 3 business days from the date the proforma invoice is issued. If payment is not recorded within this period, the order is automatically cancelled.
Pickup and Delivery
In-store pickup
You can pick up ordered products free of charge at our showroom at Prvomajska 45, Pancevo. Once your order arrives, we will notify you by phone or email that the goods are ready for pickup.
Delivery by courier service
We deliver across the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia via courier service. Delivery costs are calculated according to the courier's price list and depend on the weight and dimensions of the package.
The order preparation and shipping time is up to 10 business days from the moment the payment is recorded. You will be notified in advance of the exact delivery date.
In-store Payment
In our showroom in Pancevo, you can pay in the following ways:
- Cash — in Serbian dinars
- Payment card — Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, DinaCard
- In installments — option to pay in 3, 6, 9 or 12 monthly installments (via bank cards that support installment payments)
General Information
- Rolls of wall-to-wall carpet, artificial grass and vinyl have a standard width of 4 meters and a length of 30 meters. For some items a width of 2 meters is also available.
- The minimum cut length from a roll is 1 meter.
- All prices on the site are expressed in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include VAT.
- For larger quantities or business cooperation, please contact us for special terms.
