Shopping
We recommend measuring the room and leaving 30-60 cm from the walls. For the living room, the carpet should be large enough so that the front legs of the furniture are on it.
Wool carpets are durable and naturally stain-resistant – ideal for living rooms. Silk carpets are more luxurious but require more careful maintenance. Synthetic carpets are more affordable and easy to maintain.
Payment & Delivery
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days for products in stock. Delivery is free for all orders over 10,000 RSD.
We accept cash on delivery, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfer for legal entities.
Returns and Complaints
Yes, we offer 14 days for returns. The carpet must be in its original condition, undamaged and in original packaging. Contact our customer support to arrange a return.
Products
We currently do not offer a cleaning service, but we can recommend reliable partners for professional carpet maintenance.
Vacuum the carpet regularly, clean stains immediately with a mild solution, do not use aggressive chemicals, and we recommend professional deep cleaning once a year.
